Standard and Express Delivery
Orders will be shipped using FedEx, Canada Post or USPS.
Be sure to check that all delivery information is correct as if this does not match the delivery service’s records, we may have to contact you to update this information and which may delay your order. Delays may occur as a result of pending payment verifications or customs clearance.
In some cases, your local customs office may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared. During these instances, the estimated delivery time may be prolonged.

Otherwise, you can also use the specific carrier’s website and enter the tracking number that we provided.
Free shipping can be applied to orders that meet the set minimum amount required. Your order will be shipped using our standard shipping method.
International Delivery Times and Cost
Orders placed using our standard shipping will be processed within 5-10 business days.
Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and busy periods. For details on public holidays in the destination country, please refer to your local government website. Note that delays may occur as a result of pending payment authorizations.
